Where It All Began
Founded in 2007 by a group of forward-thinking young professionals, YPS was created to fill a gap in the Western Mass business scene—providing a platform for young leaders to connect, develop their careers, and stay rooted in the region. Over time, YPS has grown into a respected organization representing diverse industries, backgrounds, and talents.
