Here at YPS, "young" doesn't just mean age. It can mean you're starting a new position, building your own business, or looking to transition into a new career. We welcome people of any age — many members are under 40, but all are welcome.
Not at all. YPS is specifically designed for people getting started with networking. Our events are low-pressure and conversational, and our board is always happy to make introductions.
Once you join, you'll receive a welcome email with your member login. From there you can RSVP to events, manage your membership, and access member discounts all in one place.
Absolutely. Just contact us at admin@springfieldyps.com and we'll help you switch your membership and carry over any existing benefits.
No, YPS is an independent, locally driven organization. We regularly collaborate with regional business groups, nonprofits, and chambers of commerce, but we are proudly homegrown in Greater Springfield.
