Through POP!more, Monson offers coaching, motivational speaking and training in both one-on-one and group settings for clients. Her list of success stories includes sales professionals, business owners, non-profit fundraisers and more. She provides actionable steps to get clients on track for victory of their own making, and the belief in themselves necessary to stay on that track.
Monson holds an Associate of Science in Communication from Holyoke Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices from Bay Path University. She has earned numerous social science and personal betterment certificates, too.
In addition to her role as founder of POP!more, Monson works with the reputable team at Chikmedia, a marketing agency that helps businesses bloom on social media and brands tell their stories. Additional career highlights include American Cancer Society, MGM Springfield and radio personality on 94.7 WMAS, Rock 102, Lazer 99.3 and more. She’s received many recognitions and honors, including BusinessWest‘s Forty Under 40. Perhaps most importantly, Monson was an original board member and co-vice president of the Young Professional Society (YPS) of Greater Springfield.
